Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing vs. Shipping Time

Because we operate as a sustainable brand, all of our apparel items are made-to-order. This means we print your hoodie specifically for you after your order is placed.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be custom printed, packed, and prepared for shipment.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, estimated delivery times take 3 to 7 business days (for domestic US shipping).

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. We offer standard flat-rate shipping across the United States.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has officially shipped. The tracking number will become active and scannable within 24 hours of receiving the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our brand is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order during transit. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages, Lost Packages, or Wrong Address

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit if the incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if your item arrives defective, please contact us immediately at elevenelias@gmail.com so our team can evaluate the issue and help you make it right.
